Phonte - The Life of Kings Ft. Big K.R.I.T. & Evidence

Charity Starts at Home drops Sept 27th.

J Cole - Nobody's Perfect [Ft. Missy Elliot]

To tell you the truth, I wasn't too much of a fan of Mr Nice Watch with Jay, maybe I'm
just old fashioned or not too interested in ego music - But this shit, this is better, gives
some positive hope to Sideline Story, the added touch of Missy definitely solidifies the track.
                      Absorb & Enjoy.

Paul White - A Weird Day Ft. Homeboy Sandman

Infectious UK beat maker teams up with the Ill Sandman. Off Paul Whites released
titled Rapping with Paul White. This dudes an intellect with his beats.

Phonte - The Good Fight [Prod. by 9th Wonder]

Phonte does what he does best, touching on different personal issues and struggles with
9th's wonderful drums - a formula that always worked when it comes to meaningful
                      hip-hop music.

Phontes Charity Starts at Home drops Sept 27th.

Common Sense - In My Own World

Common Sense, before he was sued by a reggae group under the same name and was
forced to change to the stage name Common arrived in 1992 (Unamerican Caravan, google
it). The early 90's was the gold rush of hip-hop music, you would find gold by accident, in
other words music was beautiful. His debut album Can I Borrow A Dollar displayed his
talents yet stuck to his young joyful nature. Arguably his second album titled Resurrection
was his best (in my opinion, his best no doubt). Lyrically he was on another level compared
to other emcees, his witty rhyme schemes separated him not only in hip-hop but in music.
In My Own World is just an example of the albums smooth jazzy feel and a product of my
Ipod shuffle, I will forever bang out to this track.

MF Doom + Masta Ace Album? "MA DOOM: Son of Yvonne"

A few months ago word came out that MF Doom and Radiohead were in the lab together,
a remix or two released but nothing much...now this. Supposedly this album is done though
and ready be released. Masta Ace is the fucking man, and to wonder how he would throw
down with Doom on a beat is interesting nonetheless, for now this will go on the long list
of "what if" & "collaborations that were said to happen but never did" albums.

Just discovered Little Dragon through this remix, something real smooth - worth a listen.

Kid Cudi - Mr Rager [Video]

Homeboy Sandman - The Ancient

Last summer Homeboy dropped (in my eyes) the best hip-hop album the whole year
titled The Good Sun. Recently he was signed to Stones Throw which is a beautiful pick
up for the record label and for Homeboy as an artist. I'm excited as shit, this dude is the
                      truth.

Phonte - Not Here Anymore Feat Elzhi

Its nice to see 9th and Phonte together again, throw on the talented Detroit raised Elzhi
                       you got something fresh.

Kendrick Lamar - Sex With Society

Never made the final cut of #Section80, an ill track nonetheless.

Elzhi - Halftime (Preformed by Will Sessions)

Consequence - Everybody Told Me [Prod. by Kanye West]

Looking back to some of the biggest tracks in hip-hop, you can't deny Kanye's name is
attached to the production to the majority of them. Going back to when Kanye was banging
out beats for local Chicago emcee's he has come a long way and excelled in many different
levels. That aside, Conequence prepping for his new mixtape, so far so good.

Kendrick Lamar - HiiiiPower [Prod by J.Cole]

Kendricks first single off his upcoming album Section80. Cole and Lamar synchronized
a solid track .**Side note, Cole's production has as much impact and timidness as his
lyrical game, he is very gifted & can only get better. Absorb.

I don't know much about this guy, but I try and click everything when I'm

                        a solid sample.

Homeboy Sandman - I Knew

Homeboy Sandman. Ever heard of em? If you haven't by now, your lacking..thats ok.
Homeboy is hands down one of the top ranking underground emcee's that is slowly
making his rise to mainstream exposure, his album The Good Sun was arguably (and I
will argue it, track for track) one of the best hip-hop albums released in 2010. Recently
he created a twitter account for the sole reason to send "I knew" to ?uestlove, why ?uest,
well he wants to be on Jimmy Fallon, and he has a whole internet support group to help
                        push this. Absorb!

Scott Ramirez: Just an Acapella

Scott showing you that when words roll of your tongue this smooth you don't need a beat.

Chris Brown Feat. Benny Benassi - Beautiful People

Its amazing to see an artist like Chris Brown and one of the best DJ's of all time Benny
Benassi on the same track. House, trance & techno is growing each day and it to see if
diffusing with hip-hop is insane. It shows how music is such a wild evolution.

Pusha dropped Fear of God few days ago, was not as solid as expected. His flow is

                         selection. Enjoy & Absorb.

Lykke Li - I Know Places

Thom York Recording with MF Doom

I have always been a hip-hop enthusiast, it will always be my root and core, but I also
spend a lot of time towards other forms of music. With that being said, Radiohead
has been one of my favorite groups in the ranks of Wu-Tang and The Roots, so to see
Thom Yorke and Metal Fingers diffusing (again) is some pretty interesting shit.
Hopefully they have something serious in store, wonder how Thom would look
like with a Doom mask on.

Pusha-T - Cook It Down

Pusha-T from the Clipses throws down a remix to Bun B's Put It Down, does an
                         ill job. Absorb
